Also known as Brazilian Ginseng. Botanical Source: Amaranthaceae Family. Known in Brazil as “Para Tudo" (for everything), Suma has become accepted, worldwide, as a true “adaptogen".
It is a rich source of many nutrients, including: germanium, allantoin, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, beta-ecdysone, sitosterol and stigmasterol, in addition to the unique pfaffosides—found only in Pfaffia Paniculata.
Each root is harvested in such a way, as to preseve the species
10-20 drops with pure water or fruit juice, 3 times daily—usually before meals. This tincture can also be used as a cleansing and soothing facial astringent. Just moisten a cotton coet and dab skin, especially oily areas; very soothing when used on hives or breakouts, etc.
