Shipping Options and Terms

Standard Shipping: $6.00 UPS Ground. Orders totaling $250. + receive free ground shipping.

UPS 2nd Day Air: $13.00. Please allow two business days to receive your package. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. will ship the following day.

UPS Next Day Air: $25.00. You should receive your package the next business day (Friday shipments will arrive Monday) Orders received after 2:00 P.M. will ship the following day.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: $10.00 automatically added to air selection.

NOTE: UPS cannot ship to APO or P.O. addresses, so packages must be sent via US Postal Service. If shipments using Standard, Priority Mail or Express Mail are required (or preferred), your orders cannot be processed through our computerized online processing system. However, your order requests can be sent to us via e-mail, fax or by calling our toll free number. Orders must be prepaid with credit card information. Order requests can also be mailed to us with a check prepayment.

Be sure to call or e-mail us in order to get your order $total including shipping.

Standard Postal fee: $6.00 (will be waived on orders of $250.+)
Postal Priority and Express Mail rates will be based on package weight and destination zone.

International Shipping

Orders cannot be processed on-line because shipping costs have to be calculated based on weight and country destination, and certain countries have import restrictions. You can obtain product information and pricing on our web site, but you will have to e-mail, or fax your order along with your address/country and billing information (credit card number & date of expiration). We will respond to your e-mail or fax request with an acknowledgement and order $total (including shipping) for your approval, before billing your credit card.

Return Policy

Returns must be authorized by Sedna Specialty Health Products and returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
